  • 1/4 cup Fresh Dhaniya (Coriander) – chopped
  • 2-3 Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) – chopped
  • 1 tsp Adrak-Lehsun paste (Ginger-Garlic paste)
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi (Turmeric) powder
  • 1 tsp Lal Mirch (Red Chili) powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • Salt – swad anusar
  • 2 tbsp Oil ya Ghee
  • 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin) seeds

 

Step 2: Paneer Stuffing

  • Paneer slices ke beech mein kaju aur kishmish rakh ke sandwich ki tarah bana len.
  • Agar aapne paneer cubes use kiye hain, toh unme ek chhota slit kar ke kaju aur kishmish daal sakte hain.

 

Step 3: Gravy Preparation(Gravy Taiyaar Karein)

  • Ek pan mein oil ya ghee garam karke jeera daalein.
  • Jeera crackle hone par pyaaz, hari mirch, aur adrak-lehsun paste daalein. Sunehra hone tak sauté karein.
  • Ab tamatar daalein aur sauté karein jab tak oil separate na ho jaye.
  • Isme haldi, lal mirch, aur garam masala powder daalein, mix karein.
  • Cashew paste aur dahi daalein aur 2-3 minutes pakane dein.
  • Ab fresh cream ya malai daalein aur salt ke saath mix karein.
  • Gravy ko medium-low flame par 5-7 minutes pakane dein.

  • Dhak kar 2-3 minutes low flame par pakane dein.
